Design development for Kangol's AW25 bag collection six distinct silhouettes spanning utility cargo shoulder bags, structured angular totes, glitter crescent bags, suede hobo styles, ruched handle baguettes, and deconstructed patchwork designs. Each style was rooted in Kangol's streetwear heritage while pushing into contemporary bag design territory, developed across multiple colourways and material treatments.
